MARCH CONTEST - win a Banana bookmark

I was rearranging my bookcases this week and in the process came across many many bookmarks AND other items serving as bookmarks, leaves, receipts, business cards, brochures, grocery lists, etc.  Then I got the following e-mail from a friend regarding a bookmark SHE found once:   "I told you Barb gave me a mother's day card about eight or nine years ago and when I was still going to the library perhaps two years ago I was looking for a book to check out and opened one and there was a card in it.  I thought, funny, that card looks familiar -- and I opened it up and it was the mother's day card Barb had send me all of those years ago. "

That gave me an idea for my next contest!  Tell me in the comment section of this blog OR on Lazy Lizard Studio Facebook page the most unusual item you have used as a bookmark and YOU can be the winner of your very own BANANA  BOOKMARK to add to your own unusual bookmark collection.

Contest ends March 15th at midnight!

Pretty creative idea!

I've used a couple odd things.

1) A square of toilet paper (unused of course)

2) I used a pressed flower for a long time as my book mark in my bible.

I love your idea of a bookmark a day. I am on my fourth year of a picture a day. Also, been making bookmarks for NLWM. Some of my bookmarks have been: airline ticket, magazine pull-out, receipt, usually use a bookmark. Mostly read from my kindle these days...
